OK, so I'm not stringing leis yet, but here is my cute little plumeria (known as "flower" by each local that I ask) stick sprouting leaves. I was told by President Boucher that Uganda is so amenable to growth that you can put a dead stick in the ground, and the next day it will be growing! IT IS TRUE! Do you think I can bring my bucket of plumeria on the plane with me to Ethiopia on November 25th?
