The 53 year old missionary!

Brad turns 53...the senior couples shower him with goodies such as sardines, crackers, and golf tees! He couldn't have asked for more!

What's up with the hacksaw, you ask? Ah yes, "someone" (hint-the senior companion) lost the key to the lock which opens the padlock which is keeping the door locked which leads to the balcony which is where the washing machine is kept. After a load or two of doing laundry in a bucket (you're not the only one, David), Brad sawed off the lock. We now have clean clothes, and are no longer smelly!

Always a softie for a cuddly child, Brad found a place for Deborah to nap during Sunday School. This seems like a familiar technique... one I often saw in the halls of the chapels when our boys were growing up!

Above, is a scintillating FHE activity at our place where we made ice cream in a can around Pioneer Day! It was pretty tasty!

Brad is shown here trying to convince our friend, Christine, on the evils of caffeine, and how it has found its way into all the favorite treats! (Those are the last pack of highly coveted M&Ms purchased in Heathrow Airport over 3 months ago!)

And last, Brad is rubbing shoulders with the branch members after a wonderful Pioneer Day activity at our Makindye Branch.
